The Royal Grosvenor Hotel in Weston-super-Mare, offered limited access via their wifi service confined to the reception area. This lead to complaints from customers who needed reliable internet connectivity in order to access their business network.
The proprietor Mrs Harris, was concerned that the hotel’s inability to provide this service could lead to loss of business and so she contacted us. After reviewing the projected demand for the hotel service, Commsplus were able to recommend and install a state of the art wifi network to meet their requirements.
As a result the hotel not only has secured the loyalty for their existing customers, but in addition has seen increased new bookings from the lucrative business market.
