Integrator is the flagship of the Samsung Xchange family, a personal productivity tool designed to get more out of your telephone system by linking it to your computer. Samsung Xchange Integrator provides access to the same features as both Samsung Xchange Dial and Samsung Xchange Presence. It also allows more applications to be integrated into and provides the option of upgrading to a Samsung Xchange Integrator (for PCI) license.

Xchange Operator is a full screen client application designed to make your phone easier and more convenient to use.
Xchange Operator is a fully featured PC Console application incorporating many of the benefits of Xchange, including:
With Xchange Operator, it is possible to automatically pop a script and associated notes when a DDI number is called. This is very helpful if Xchange is managing a multi-tenant environment or if dedicated DDI numbers have been allocated to customers.
Xchange Operator also supports multi-site operation enabling an operator on a single site to distribute calls to other connected sites. (Note: this requires prior set up of Xchange multi-site)
Solo Operator has both the client and server elements of the solution installed on the operator's PC, which makes a direct connection to the Samsung OfficeServ system. Solo Operator supports a single operator on a single site and is designed for simple applications. Solo Operator does not support messaging or multi-site operation.
Xchange Operator has just the client application installed on the operator's PC, which then makes a connection to the Samsung Xchange Server. This version is required if multiple operators, messaging, integration with Xchange clients or multi-site features are required.

Xchange Mobile is an application for your smartphone or tablet that means you don't have to be "out of office" when you're out of the office!
It connects to a Samsung Xchange Server and enables dialling and collaboration features on your mobile device.
Call colleagues directly in the office even if they do not have a DDI (Direct Dial Inward) number
Take advantage of cheaper (or even free of charge) call rates
Accessing the application's shared address book allows the mobile user to quickly access and call important external contacts without needing to store each number in the mobile phone contacts list

Remotely set destination of incoming office calls (for example to a home phone). This could be useful if your mobile device is low on power or you want to reduce the cost of the redirected call.
