That includes working with your chosen IT partners, architects and electrical engineers, where required, to provide a complete installation service. Our engineering team are fully trained by Samsung, and have full technical knowledge of the product range. We have direct access into BT order points - this means that we can place network service orders and monitor their progress on your behalf.
This ensures a coordinated approach and smooth implementation of your new system and services. As a part of the installation, we also offer comprehensive training which can be specifically aligned to your business requirements, and to meet the needs of each individual staff member.
Our technical support team are available to assist in resolving faults should they occur.
This means dealing with the necessary parties - eg. BT, and keeping you informed of progress at all times. Samsung systems are highly reliable, but as with all technology, problems do sometimes occur and many issues can be rectified remotely without the need for a site visit. However, if a fault is more complex and does require a site visit, then this can be easily identified and an engineer allocated.
Our engineering team can be on hand seven days a week if required, and always carry a full range of spare parts should these be needed. We provide a quick and efficient service, which enable you to avoid the risk of significant downtime and the subsequent losses that this can create. Our dedicated engineering team have an enviable reputation for their professionalism and promptness in dealing with any technical problem. They undergo continuous training to make sue that they keep up to date with the latest technological developments in the industry and are always available on our help line to assist with any issues you may have, whether urgent or otherwise.

Level of cover is always an important consideration. Commsplus yearly maintenance covers you for all your Samsung telephone equipment on site.
Should any of the Samsung Desk phones, Main Cabinet, Main Processor Card, Digital Line Cards, Analogue Line Cards etc. become faulty, Commsplus will repair or replace these items at no charge (please note that we do not maintain basic BT phones, cordless phones, or extension bells). No charge is made for any site visits made by Commsplus in order to rectify these faults. Basically, your system Samsung equipment is fully covered.
In addition, Commsplus provide Technical Support, whereby, in the event of any phone issues at all, including with BT lines etc., we encourage you to call us & we will deal with BT or whomever else necessary in order to solve that issue.
Commsplus operate an in-house support desk manned by fully qualified engineers.
Our support line, 01934 882222, is always answered directly by one of our technicians. Our support engineers are available Mon-Fri, 8.30am–5.00pm.
The majority of support calls are answered within 3 rings (12s). Any calls not answered in this time will queue for the next available support engineer, with an option to leave a message for non-urgent enquiries. All support calls are answered by a Commsplus representative within 2 minutes. Major failures with Telephone Switches have a 4hr on-site response time; more minor issues are usually cleared by the end of the next working day.
