You can download the app for free from the App store and the Google Play store.
Once your app is set up, you'll be able to take your office's telephone system with you, on your smartphone. You can keep in contact with colleagues, customers and prospects while on the move.
For the hosted VoIP app to work, you are required to have a Wi-Fi or cellular data connection. This is because the app uses a technology known as VoLTE. VoLTE acts the same as VoIP, but instead uses a cellular connection to make and receive calls.
Once connected, your smartphone will act as an extension to your cloud-based telephone system. It gives you all the same functions as a traditional telephone system - and more.
